When we will have the complete soundtrack?
I don't mind to spent my money in this ultimate edition but what is sad is the lack of the complete soundtrack, the music for the battle as original composed is just great, one of the best works that John Williams has done. please release the complete version it doesn't matter the price i think the fans are going to buy it.
Star Wars: Episode I - The Not So Very Complete Ultimate Edition Soundtrack
I am very dissapointed with this CD-set in terms of musical presentation. The back of this CD states that it contains "every note recorded for the film". This is NOT true. This CD contains the isolated score of the film (and the film edits aren't even accurate!), which means it includes all of the edits and loops made for the score to fit the film. The Phantom Menace is a film which was changed a lot of times during the production. Shots where re-organised, and cues had to be edited to fit the re-organised film, or even dropped. This all leads to a not so very nice listening experience. Ofcourse there are cues that weren't edited at all. I give this cd a rating of 1, because of the awful listening experience but great, fantastic music. I hope Sony releases proper complete scores of the Prequel Trilogy in the near future. I'd love to hear the unused portion of 7M1 Dooku Versus Obi-Wan.
